Big shout out to the boys today! We had a mechanical issue 5 miles out from Tours, they showed up with a new bike within 30 minutes, fixed the mechanical on my bike and had us on our way quickly. Then, on our way back from Amboise, we were 30 minutes behind (i thought the closed 7:30 but they actually close at 7pm). They called us to make sure we were on our way and then waited until 7:25 for us to arrive and made zero fuss about our tardiness. Overall, an amazing day riding bikes through the Loire Valley made even better by your helpful bike friends. If you find yourself in Tours, I highly recommend!

Rented 2 standard bikes for a day - came with locks, were good quality hybrid bikes - they’re right next to the train station too, and the guys are super helpful.
