Last minute booking. All went smoothly. The chap at reception was very friendly and accommodating. We only had 2 1/2 hours so he have us a very fair price. I recommend using Roue Libre if you require a bicycle.

Awesome bike rental shop! Great value for money. My partner and I rented 2 e-bikes for 5 days and explored all of Oléron. The staff was super helpful and gave us great tips to enjoy the island. 5 stars isn’t enough! Cheers from New Zealand 🇳🇿

Thank you so much to the kind proprietor at Roue Libre in Boyardville. We had rented 4 bikes in La Cotiniere where we were staying but had a puncture in Boyardville. Here is the thing - 10 minutes previously we had helped another family put a chain back on their bikes. Karma or what? Even though we had rented bikes elsewhere Roue Libre helped us with a new inner tube and fitting it. Life can be great when there are such kind people in the world. Merci monsieur.

We hired four bikes for the afternoon, and biked to Bree les Bains and back on the cycle paths (have a cold beer and a waffle at the l'atqpique bar at the other end - beautiful). The bike shop owner was very friendly and kind, the bikes worked perfectly and the cost was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.
