A brilliant experience! We hired seven bikes for 24 hours at quite short notice, and Julien was really lovely – he took our booking and even delivered the bikes straight to the campsite, which was a huge help. He took the time to advise us on routes and how to get the most out of the bikes. As for our trip, everything went perfectly; the e-bikes are brilliant and a pleasure to ride, easy to use, and the batteries last well. Julien was brilliant from start to finish; he also came to collect the bikes. He was very friendly – we had a good chat – and it was a pleasure to meet someone who’s genuinely passionate about what he does! So, a big thank you 😁 It really helped make this little break a success.

We hired electric bikes for our holiday from Roul’en vélos 🚲 in Audenge and received a very warm welcome. The bikes are excellent and in great condition. They helped us out when a chain got stuck, and we benefited from the bike delivery and collection service. Despite the difficult conditions during the wildfires in the region, Julien, the manager, was extremely kind, and we’d like to thank him very much.

Exceptionally efficient, both when making initial contact and with the delivery. Julien is passionate and very pleasant. He sent a quick text to let us know what time he’d be arriving to collect the bikes. Very professional – I’d recommend him in Audenge and the surrounding area.

We spotted this shop whilst driving past on the road to Arcachon. They replaced a gravel tyre that had a tear in the sidewall. The service was quick and the price reasonable. We were able to carry on with our day exploring the Dune du Pilat. Thank you.
