We selected and purchased a Renault Captur ‘remotely’ via the internet (advert on La Centrale) after discussing it over the phone. The booking and preparation time were adhered to. The garage spontaneously offered to collect us from the airport. The handover of the vehicle went perfectly. An airbag warning light came on during the return journey to Lyon. A quick phone call to DNL whilst on the road, a quote for the repair arranged in Lyon, and immediate assistance from DNL 64 with the Lyon-based garage. Very professional service. They kept their word. Top notch!
