We rented 4 bikes for our ride from Milano to Gorgonzola. It was very easy and the bikes were excellent . We highly recommend this group. Top notch and excellent service. Very good communication via WhatsApp for any inquiries.

Good price, quality bikes and flexible & friendly staff. Smile and bike was all we hoped for, we rented bikes for two days to ride to Bergamo and back and allowed us to return the bikes on the third day morning free of charge. Highly recommend, thanks Mattia!

Fantastic service and very friendly. Milan is a reasonable city to travel by bike but going out of town along the various Navigli is a must. We hired 2 e-bikes for a reasonable €80 for the day and Alessandro couldn’t have been more helpful. He has many different types of bike (including cargo!) and was very accommodating all round. Provided us with locks and helmets. Also provided us with a couple of rudimentary panniers which helped out a lot for the day trip. He even advised of a place we could drop bikes off if we wanted to keep them til after his shop had closed. If you need any type of bike in Milan I suggest you try here first.

Small and local grassroots-type bike shop. Good quality bikes. Exceptional rental service. Unfortunately our rental bikes were stolen during the stay. The team was more than accommodating as for the the required payments for the bikes. They're still working with the police to find them and return our money back, I will let you all know when they find them!

Smile and Bike are very responsive and very helpful. All effort done to give us a great biking experience. We used the bikes to go to the Monza F1 Circuit and it was a blast. I can highly recommend this shop!
