These guys are lifesavers.
My wife and I are on a bit of a Tuscany Cycle Tour on our own bikes that we flew out from UK.
We were due to start on Sunday 12/7 and after rebuilding the bikes, loading the luggage and starting to ride the fifty miles to La Spezia, we immediately discovered that the baggage handlers had managed to bend one of the teeth on my chainring, thus throwing the chain.
Thankfully, Smile and Ride were open (it was Sunday morning) and put everything aside to help, replacing the chainring with a compatible one from one of their own Gravel Bikes.
Needless to say, we have just completed our trip back to Pisa and the bike hasn’t skipped a beat, so I called in today 21/7 to show them and thank them for saving our trip.
Brilliant staff, really friendly and went out of their way to save the day.
