Excellent MTB Rental Experience! I had a great experience with Smile-Ebike in Sommières. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the mountain bikes were brand new and of excellent quality. Perfect for exploring the Voie Verte. The location was a little hard to find at first, since the building is currently under renovation, but thanks to its position right along the Voie Verte and next to a large parking area, it’s actually very convenient once you know where to look. Highly recommended if you're planning a ride in the area! Great service, great bikes.

Smile saved the day for us - our campsite didn't have the bike we'd reserved for our daughter so were cycling past with a disappointed 7 year old in the trailer. We saw them from the path and asked they could help which they did, despite not even being officially open. Heroes! Super helpful and the bike was great also. Highly recommended.

Very happy to have been able to rent electric bikes in Sommières! We were able to take advantage of the greenway to reach the Junas quarries and the Calvisson mills. We had a little picnic there, and finished with a swim at the Boisseron dam. The bikes are great; we all had a great time! Special mention to the Gaya bike, which allowed us to ride together and chat more easily on the road. It was a great discovery. In short, the Smile Ebike team is warm and accommodating! Thank you so much!! P.S.: The building is under construction, but it's accessible. You have to walk around.

While on vacation in Sommières, our campsite was sold out. Luckily, we found Smile-EBike along the greenway with a large parking lot right next to it. We asked over the phone if there were bikes available for our entire family of seven, and we reached a knowledgeable and very professional person who knew how to ask us the right questions so we could prepare our bikes before our arrival. This young man was very friendly and welcoming. He explained everything to us in detail, and as an added bonus, he even gave us tips for rides we could do. We recommend him 200%.

How do I book equipment online?+-

Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it: 1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly. 2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment. 3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs. 4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want. 5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration. 6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental. 7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.

When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-

As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking. We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request. Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.

We provide our customers with the option of picking up their equipment in-store or opting for delivery. When making your booking, you can choose the option that suits you best.
