The service was spot on; the owner – Solène, I think 😁 – gave great advice on walks, and the bike was dropped off and collected directly at the campsite. They were punctual too – I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Looking forward to seeing you again, and thank you!

Thanks to Solenn A brilliant two-day electric mountain bike hire with delivery to my holiday accommodation. Even when I had a puncture, she sorted out the repair straight away. I’d recommend her 100%

We hired four bikes for €160, thinking we’d enjoy a leisurely family cycle ride. Unfortunately, the service didn’t really live up to what you’d expect from a professional provider. Right from the start, one tyre was flat due to a clearly botched repair. As we rode on: the chain kept coming off, the derailleur came loose because it hadn’t been tightened properly, the handlebars wobbled, and then a second tyre went flat due to the same type of repair. For a 25 km ride with challenging descents, safety really should have been given a minimum of attention. The most surprising thing was the reception on our return: we were told that wobbly handlebars are ‘normal’, that if the chain slips it’s because ‘we don’t know how to ride a bike’, and the conversation ended with ‘you’re getting on my nerves’. A sense of customer service that is, to say the least… baffling. In summary: very poorly maintained equipment, and a way of handling feedback that gives pause for thought. It’s a shame, because with a little more professionalism and consideration, the experience could have been quite different.

Avoid at all costs!!!! He doesn’t take criticism on board when you tell him the bike is faulty and becomes rude and aggressive; according to the lady, we don’t know how to ride a bike! One thing’s for sure: I won’t be going back there again!!!!
