Everything perfect: I called before traveling 30 km, went there the next day: very friendly and professional welcome (after helping out a customer for free with a connection issue). The repairer kept his commitments: ordering the missing equipment and repairing it within 24 hours despite the numerous phones awaiting repair. Place where people want to work! Thank you and keep going!!!

I would like to thank Damien and Christophe for their welcome; their responsiveness; their competence, and their professionalism but also for their humor and their kindness! Very nice meeting; I recommend this store 100%. On the other hand, avoiding IMIS Lannion, we were very poorly received, the manager made us understand that he was soon on vacation and that in any case my I phone was irreparable and suggested that we buy another one! Fortunately, we went to Ax Informatique and in 20 minutes my iPhone 10 was refurbished, protection included and as a bonus they modified options to optimize my camera, all for a reasonable price.
