Audrey has been giving me Pilates lessons for two years now, both in group and individual classes. She's always attentive to our needs. Her advice has helped me reduce my pain. The exercises help restore mobility and strengthen the abdominal muscles. I recommend you come and try one of her group classes sometime in June 🙂.

I wholeheartedly recommend Audrey's classes. Audrey's teaching skills allow everyone to progress regardless of their level, and we quickly see the benefits of Pilates on our bodies. Audrey doesn't "just" teach Pilates; she helps us rethink all our daily movements to maintain maximum mobility. Not to mention her good humor and energy at every session!

Audrey introduced us to Pilates almost six years ago. It's a gentle form of physical exercise to maintain, rehabilitate, and develop the body at any age.
