The idea of renting items you only use occasionally for a few hours or days is brilliant! I picked up the carpet cleaner from a Naturalia near my home. Everything went smoothly. The machine was in perfect condition and refills of the cleaning products were provided. Also, the after-sales service was very responsive. I highly recommend it!

The services offered by ‘Les biens en commun’ really came in handy. I’ve hired their hammer drill twice, for different durations ranging from 2 hours to 1 day. This service has an undeniable advantage over its competitors: it’s well thought-out and tailored to the occasional, non-professional user. Tool hire companies (for DIY in my case) offer services that are completely unsuitable for a ‘weekend DIYer’, with excessive hire periods, prices and deposits! This company’s services provide a spot-on solution to the problems faced by many people who have an occasional need for high-performance, high-quality tools (and their accessories) that are ready to use, whilst remaining accessible, easy to handle and safe for a novice. The box service is ideal for city dwellers… The only downside is that you can’t hire tools for a single day on a Sunday. The deposit (€150 in my case) can be a bit daunting the first time, but I feel it’s essential to ensure the user takes responsibility for the valuable item they’re borrowing. On top of that, the company’s explanations on this matter are clear and reassuring. Their business policies strike me as fair and inspire confidence.

Excellent service. I hired a carpet cleaner for 8 hours at a reasonable price. It was very easy to collect from a shop near my home. The carpet cleaner was in a bag, which was perfect for transport. There was a supply of cleaning products. I was able to collect and return the machine entirely on my own. I’m happy with this hire.

I’m very happy with my hire. I hired a carpet cleaner via the app; collecting and returning it were quick and easy. The carpet cleaner was in good condition and worked very well. It’s excellent value for money.

I simply have to leave a comment for the ‘Biens en Communs’ team, firstly regarding the brilliant concept: I’d like to commend their genuine commitment to the environment in helping to prevent overconsumption, as well as the accessibility of high-quality equipment available to hire at low cost. I hired a carpet cleaner and a steam cleaner from them; as far as the quality of the equipment is concerned, I have absolutely no complaints. Furthermore, what I’d like to emphasise even more – and something I absolutely did not expect – is the HUMAN side of this company. I encountered some personal health issues that caused me to return the equipment late, and of course I kept them informed; their response was incredibly kind, and I must admit I really wasn’t expecting it. So thank you to the ‘Biens en Communs’ team, thank you to Asma, whom I spoke to on the phone several times; it’s clear that this company is now one of my favourites, and I can’t wait to organise pancake, karaoke and film nights with an overhead projector by hiring from them. I even feel like doing a bit of DIY just to use a jigsaw, all thanks to you 🤣🤣. Keep up the good work and, above all, expand across the whole of France! P.S.: if you need a customer relations advisor, I’d be delighted to join your team. You can always tell how employees are treated by the way they speak to customers, and it seems this is a company where staff enjoy working and are kind to their customers, I’ll stop there because I could go on talking about my love for your company and concept for at least another 10 minutes!
