I went back to the shop yesterday. They quoted me €85 for a new battery for my iPhone 11 and told me it would be ready in half an hour. The sales assistant was very rude. Forty-five minutes later, with the shop due to close in a quarter of an hour, I was told it wasn’t ready. So I took my phone to Alcudia the next day and the battery was replaced in half an hour for €65.

Fast and efficient service.
My son’s phone wouldn’t switch on, so I took it in. The repair technician thought the problem was with the charging port and that, if that was the case, the repair would cost €45. Otherwise, it would be free – which is what happened. The repair turned out to be much more expensive than the phone itself, so we eventually decided not to have it repaired. We decided to buy a phone there instead. They offer a range of prices, starting at €99 for the cheapest model. They also sell phone cases, screen protectors and lots of other phone accessories. The repair shop is very professional.

The shop owner is distrustful and makes unfounded accusations. When asked for help, his answers are vague; he really ought to improve in this respect. The technology used is nevertheless effective, but the price is surprisingly high.

The owner is really unpleasant. I bought a charger, and he sold it to me in a condescending manner and at an exorbitant price. I then found the same charger at the second-hand shop next door for half the price. Of course, I took it back, and he gave me a refund in a rude manner, practically throwing the money onto the counter. I’ll never set foot in there again.
