The friendly guy working here sorted me out with the right size of inner tube for my MTB. While we didn't speak much of each others language, we managed to get by! It meant a lot to me to be able to get out and explore the area on my bike, so thanks very much.

I stopped by in May 2026 to get information about electric bikes. I discovered the Neomouv brand thanks to the gentleman who took the time to explain everything to me. Since I don't live in the area, I bought a bike of this brand near my home. I wanted to thank this person for taking the time to discuss this topic with me.

I wasn't able to get help because it was a very specific situation and didn't involve bicycles, but the contact was excellent, the advice was very helpful, and the person was very friendly.

Since buying my bike, I'd always had trouble with my derailleur: the chain would skip, derail on hills, etc. I went to see Romain, he adjusted it, and since then, nothing. Thanks to him, I highly recommend him.
