Appointment for a service on a Lapierre Aircode. The shop was very accommodating with the drop-off and pick-up times. With 5000 km on the clock, the bike was completely and expertly serviced: - brakes adjusted, - chain replaced, - Lapierre recall checked, - Mavic Cosmic S42 spoke tension readjusted, - all tightening points checked, The bike was returned in perfect working order. In addition, the service was excellent and they gave us plenty of maintenance advice. Thank you very much. I highly recommend them.

Opinion? Appreciation? Observation? I don't know what to call this post... In any case, my intention is simply, right now, to thank Théo & Rémy... ---- Théo—he personally greeted me—an accomplished cyclist and a committed businessman in the broadest sense of the word, approached me with genuine warmth (as if I had just met him on a forest trail), listened attentively, and asked a few questions to fully understand my project. Our project, my wife's and mine: cycling the region's trails for day trips and longer journeys, using both e-bikes and regular bikes. He guided and advised me with his "obvious experience as a cyclist" on the different types of bikes and some other important points related to them, such as safety. In the end... bespoke service down to the last detail... just like at a tailor's... We also want to thank Théo (THEO) & Rémy (REM), aka THEOREM, for their warm and welcoming expertise. You both contributed to the recent success of our first cycling trip on one of the bike paths that crisscross our region. Furthermore, we wanted to tell all the cyclists who have posted such glowing and well-deserved reviews of THEOREM that we wholeheartedly agree with them... and we happily join your group, riding wheel to wheel.
