No forced sales, just professionals who take the time to listen and provide good guidance. They really helped me find the bike that suited my desires and my practice. Perfect assembly by the super technician Rémy who took the time to make fine adjustments for me, and lots of advice given by the salesman Théo who knows how to put himself in the buyer's place and respond to your needs. I arrived from Lyon to enjoy this beautiful region with my mountain bike, when I was leaving I noticed a technical problem with my bike. I called them on the way, they agreed to repair it for me as quickly as possible. This is what they did with kindness, professionalism and at a very reasonable price.
