A warm welcome awaits you here. A stress free experience because of the easy going nature of Gian Luca. He had everything waiting for us first thing in the morning. And we were provided with an excellent route (40k which included the walls of Lucca) to cycle.

Hired two Vespas in April 2026. There was a bit of paperwork when the bikes were collected of course, but that took just a few minutes. Then it was off into the Tuscan countryside. Terrific fun from 10am until 6pm when we returned the bikes, having topped up the fuel tanks! The only little niggle was that the phone cradle, attached to the tapered stalk of one of the wing mirrors, would occasionally slide off!

We had a fantastic experience hiring Ebikes. The customer service was excellent from start to finish - friendly, helpful and a great sense of humour. The Ebikes were brilliant and made exploring the beautiful Tuscany countryside so enjoyable. We had an unforgettable cycle and would definitely recommend hiring Ebikes from here 🤗

Exceptional Service and Top-Tier Bikes! We had an absolutely fantastic experience renting from the Tourist Center in Lucca. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making the whole process seamless. A huge thank you to Andrea, who was wonderful and ensured we had everything we needed for a perfect day of riding. The bikes were in pristine condition—clearly very well-maintained and high-quality. My sweetheart opted for a regular pedal bike, and I had an e-bike; both performed phenomenally. It was easily the best way to explore the city walls and the charming streets of Lucca. If you are looking for friendly service and equipment you can actually rely on, this is the place to go. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Fantastic bike rental! We hired two electric bikes from here today. The staff were so helpful with advice and a map of where to go..we managed to cycle 40km along the river and under the new bridge that is being constructed. The cycle paths are so safe and well maintained. It was such a fantastic way to see Lucca in a way that you probably wouldn't without a bike. Highly recommend this rental. Do it!
