Lionel was great!! While I was injured, he brought us two bikes and came back to pick them up after four days. This gesture allowed us to end our stay by discovering other places accessible by bike. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

We rented two muscle bikes from Tranquilou for a few days. They provided excellent advice and responsiveness over the phone, and the best part is that the Tranquilou team delivered the bikes directly to the campsite where we were staying! Great service ;) We easily extended the rental by half a day at the last minute. A rental company we highly recommend! We needed an electric bike to complement our other bike, but we couldn't find a last-minute rental for Saturday in Brest. Luckily, we came across Moustik, who delivered the bike to our hotel the night before, offering a customized service, and did the same for pickup. The bike was in excellent, like-new condition. We were able to rent a second battery and set off early the next morning for a fantastic 100+ km ride along the coast. The bike was very comfortable and well-equipped. A huge thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and for accommodating our time and location constraints!A rental company we highly recommend! Needless to say, given the elevation and the wind (and the return from the beach after a 2-hour nap in the sun), he proved to be an excellent source of advice. The bikes are of excellent quality, the battery lasts a very long time, and their navy blue color will give you a tan in any situation. Personalized itineraries, corners of paradise, anecdotes about sailors, and an introduction to Breton dancing—in short, Lionel has become our favorite Breton. You won't be able to miss him next to the tourist office, where his good humor and extraordinary welcome even cheer up the seagulls (he even taught us how to tell them apart from gulls, what a Lionel). He came to pick up the bikes from our rental location and even dropped us off at the bus stop! How do I book equipment online?+-

Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it: 1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly. 2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment. 3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs. 4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want. 5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration. 6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental. 7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.

When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-

As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking. We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request. Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.

What delivery options are available?+-

We provide our customers with the option of picking up their equipment in-store or opting for delivery. When making your booking, you can choose the option that suits you best. Delivery charges are based on the distance between our store and the delivery address you provide. See the price list below for details.
