Very big and well equipped. Prices are cheaper than Belgium. Good for a day trip shopping from Belgium to France Big parking. Staff is nice. You can do self scanning and checkout is faster.

Put yourself in my shoes for a moment. Just a young American man living in the north of France. While my love of the North is unparalelled by any other land, my heart has been aching for the grocery stores of my mother country. You can imagine my surprise as I strolled through the beautifully polished automatic doors. I felt the cool air conditioning hit my warm skin. The smells of capitalism filled my nostrils and my eyes beheld the most beautiful French grocery store I had ever seen. My senses were running wild. I felt a sense of home as my cart glided me through seemingly endless isles full of my favorite snacks. I picked grabbed and grabbed until my heart was full and my stomach could imagine being filled again. My last stop was the meat and cheese counter. I was met with an unrivaled selection of the finest French delicacies. My wonderful experience ended with a quick checkout line and a delightful employee waiting to ring me up. Thank you, E.Leclerc. Busy but not overcrowded only waiting for 2 minutes at the checkout 👍🏻. Carbonated drinks are significantly less expensive here than in Belgium 🇧🇪 and you can actually purchase mint chocolate ice cream 😜. Worth a monthly visit for sure if you’re in southern Belgium.
