We rented an electric bike today for a ride, and it was a great success thanks to the VanCycle team. Booking was easy online. Once there, we received clear and detailed instructions on how to use the electric bikes (a first for us). The manager gave us great advice on the different routes we could take on the peninsula. The equipment was in good working order. Everything was perfect.

The welcome, advice, and attentiveness were top-notch, as was the quick service following our flat tire repair. We also rented an electric bike for our daughter while she was visiting; no problems at all, and the bike was very comfortable and met our expectations—she was thrilled. I highly recommend them! And the peninsula is truly lovely to explore by bike.
