We hired electric bikes today for a bit of a ride, and it was a great success thanks to the team at VanCycle. Booking was easy online. Once we arrived, we were given clear and detailed instructions on how to use the electric bikes (a first for us). The manager gave us some great advice on the various routes available on the peninsula. The equipment was in good working order. Everything was brilliant.

The welcome, advice and customer service are top-notch, as was the response to our puncture and the advice we received – it was incredibly quick. We also hired an e-bike for our daughter who was visiting; there were no issues at all, and the bike was very comfortable and met our expectations – she was delighted. I highly recommend it! And the Presqu’île is a really lovely place to explore by bike.
