Cannot express enough how much I appreciate this shop. First, we rented a bike last minute, and they were super accommodating and helpful. Then, we had a great ride up Mont Ventoux. On our way down, my wife crashed when a car passed her very closely, and the bike was a bit damaged. When we brought it in, they were more concerned for her well being, and didn’t give us any problems at all for the accident. 100000/10 if I could.

Rented a very nice Adris bike at Veloc'Sud. Very friendly people during delivery and pick up, excellent communication by SMS/e-mail and did not expect them to speak English because their website is in french. Would certainly recommend this company!
