I had a very positive experience here. I had no reservation and still managed to get a regular bicycle for the day. It was supposed to be 15 euro for the day..and I had it from about 11-4 or so... when I returned it they gave me 2 euro back as well. No issues with check-out or check-in of the bike. Friendly staff, easy to return location.

Great afternoon renting electric bicycles from VeloTour, the staff were friendly, the process was easy and very reasonable rates (€15 per bike for 4 hours including helmets and locks). We (family of 4) cycled to Mondello from Palermo, takes around an hour to get there with a few short stops. There are some good cycle paths, other parts on the road which is a bit hairy but ok of you are a confident cyclist. It was easy to lock the bikes up in Mondello and go to the beach for a. Couple of hours. Highly recommended.

Francesco was very helpful, but city ebikes were in pretty rough shape and difficult to ride too far. We’re experienced bikers, but cycling here is bit crazy. Bike path to Modello is not maintained so you have to ride on road. Worked out but be prepared.

Good service. Electric bikes are a bit expensive. However if you rent the traditional pedal bike it's just 15 euros for 1 day. Book the traditional bikes ahead of time because they only have 2 of then unfortunately.
