As a customer for nearly 18 months, I can say that VelyVelo offers a truly exceptional service. The team is always available, responsive and very professional. Whenever I’ve needed assistance or a service, everything has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. The bikes are reliable, well-maintained and perfectly suited to everyday use. It’s rare to find a company that combines such professionalism, quality and respect for its customers. I would recommend VelyVelo without the slightest hesitation to anyone looking for a transport solution in Paris. Well done to the whole team, and especially Hicham 🫡

A bad experience with customer service. I encountered several difficulties in my dealings with the staff. I was not satisfied with the way my situation was handled and felt that I was not given proper support. I would like the manager to contact me so that I can explain in detail what happened and share my experience with him.

Don’t trust the positive reviews. Some reviews don’t seem to reflect real-life experiences. This is the least reliable bike I’ve ever used. I’ve had electrical problems every week and punctures two or three times a week. The bike may look attractive on the outside, but its components are very flimsy. The service also leaves a lot to be desired. I had to push the bike 15 km to their workshop to get it repaired, but they wouldn’t take it in and asked me to come back the next day, despite the fact that I’d arrived three hours before closing time. This situation was extremely frustrating. As I write this review, I’m still pushing the bike 15 km to get home. Before that, I’d already had a puncture in the rear tyre and a problem with the electrical connection. On my way back, the front tyre also went flat. The tyre is very thin, and the motor controller seems flimsy. This bike is not recommended for professional use. In three months, I haven’t been able to work properly for a single week, with 30 to 35 punctures and 10 to 15 technical problems during that time. Even if it were free, I wouldn’t recommend this bike. I’d like to be able to give it (-5 stars) to reflect my experience.

Hello, I’m sorry it’s come to this, but this client isn’t paying its suppliers. Despite eight email reminders, ten telephone reminders, an agreement reached and a proposed payment schedule, we have now heard nothing further from them. I would therefore advise against doing business with this company. I will remove this review once the situation has been resolved.

Renting a bike – it’s been a problem for a year. As soon as you ask to swap bikes, he refuses; there was no goodwill gesture, and as soon as you return the bike, the deposit is held for three weeks. When I spoke to him, he told me that my bank details weren’t on file, so I’d have to wait another two weeks. That’s not professional behaviour, to be honest – it’s really rubbish 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
