This 5/ is for the receptionist who spoke to me on the phone on Monday 7 September in the afternoon. As a non-patient looking for an appointment for treatment on my tooth (root), and feeling a bit lost with all the information, she took the time to listen to me and explain things. That’s so rare. Thank you, and I’ll definitely be coming back to this practice once my current treatment has been covered. Well done, madam

Dr Cheveau is a very good dentist – professional and attentive. The treatment is carried out gently and the surgery is a pleasant place. I would recommend him without hesitation.

I’m treated by Dr Chevau; I’d highly recommend him – he’s very professional and really puts his patients at ease. I used to have a phobia of dentists, but since I met him, let’s just say that’s gone. He extracted two molars not long ago and I didn’t feel a thing. As for the surgery, what can I say except that, as far as I’m concerned, it’s a well-maintained place.

This morning, Dr Paldino fitted my third implant and, as always, I’m impressed by: his professionalism and the speed with which he carries out the procedures, as well as his way of putting everyone at ease; you can tell his movements are precise, and as a result, even though I’m usually stressed, I feel relaxed. The assistants working with the doctor are so kind and patient (during my first implant, I was anxious and called them several times) – they always reassured me. They’re also very professional. I would 100 per cent recommend the Paldino team.

Anne-So

A botched appointment with Dr Cheveau and an incomplete scaling. I’d come for a second opinion regarding periodontal problems and dental reconstruction. I’ll go elsewhere as I didn’t receive any answers. This young dentist is really one to avoid. The appointment lasted 25 minutes in total: X-ray, assessment, scaling and polishing, and the quote was issued.
