Matthias Le Corronc

We rented a storage unit and we have absolutely no regrets about our choice. As well as the quality of the storage facilities (clean, accessible and secure), it’s the welcome we received that really makes all the difference. The managers were incredibly kind and very accommodating from start to finish. Top-notch customer service that makes things so much easier when you’re moving house. Thanks again!

I highly recommend them! We needed four storage units at short notice for a period of 1.5 to 2 months; Miguel welcomed us on a public holiday and we left with the keys the very same day! We had access to our storage units seven days a week, including public holidays; they were easy to access by lorry, and equipment was available to help with unloading. Thanks to Miguel and Gilles!

A top-notch storage unit rental! A very warm, friendly and caring welcome right from the very first contact. Miguel is reliable, always available and, above all, very accommodating! The storage units are clean, secure and easy to access. I’d recommend them without hesitation – it’s rare to find such a professional service that still retains a personal touch! Thanks again!

I’m very pleased with my experience with Box28! The staff are really responsive, approachable and ready to act quickly if needed. It’s reassuring to be able to count on such a professional and attentive team. The service is reliable, efficient and everything is straightforward. I’d recommend them without hesitation! If I need to rent again, I’ll be happy to come back!

The initial telephone conversation with Mr DA SILVA was reassuring. The formalities went smoothly. The storage unit provided allowed me to store my furniture for a period of six months in the best possible conditions. This is a company I would recommend, both for its responsiveness and its professionalism.
