Excellent service with regard to hiring the equipment for our wedding

We were just surprised during set-up that the hired arch didn’t stand up very well on its own; a rope needs to be pulled back to keep it upright, so this isn’t necessarily straightforward depending on where you plan to set it up (particularly if it’s outdoors on grass). We were eventually able to set it up indoors using ropes to secure it from behind and by attaching it to a beam in the hall’s ceiling.
We were also due to hire a wooden desk, but it had been damaged at the previous wedding, so it was a shame we couldn’t use it, even though this was beyond her control.
Despite these unforeseen issues, Virginie offered us financial compensation, so we’re satisfied.
