Excellent service with the hire of equipment for our wedding Prompt responses to emails. We were just surprised during set-up that the hired arch didn’t stand up very well on its own; a rope needs to be pulled round the back to keep it upright, so this isn’t necessarily straightforward depending on where you plan to set it up (particularly if it’s outdoors on grass). We were eventually able to set it up indoors using ropes to secure it from behind and by attaching it to a beam in the ceiling of the hall. We were also due to hire a wooden desk, but it had been damaged during the previous wedding, so it was a shame we couldn’t have it, even though this was through no fault of hers. Despite these unforeseen issues, Virginie offered us financial compensation, so we’re satisfied.

We hired Virginie, who, together with her team, took full charge of decorating our wedding venue. Her organisation and expertise were second to none. We got exactly the décor we wanted. When we saw it for the first time, it was marvellous and it exceeded all our expectations. Thank you again!
