I took my bike in to have a grip replaced on one of the handlebars.
The cost was estimated at between 20 and 50 euros.
When I collected my bike, I was told I had to pay 223 euros.
They had replaced the cable grip and handlebar tape, even though I’d only asked for the cable housing to be replaced.
And it’s not the small 30 per cent discount that will make me forget the amount I had to pay.
It’s certain that if I’d collected it instead of my partner, I would only have paid for the work I’d requested; the rest should have been at your expense, as these were mistakes on your part.
This will be my last visit to your shop.
