I was looking for a women’s road bike. I found a second-hand Orbea at Bisiklet. They gave me excellent advice, and the sales assistant was friendly and professional. My bike was serviced before I bought it. I highly recommend them.

An excellent bike shop in Pluneret! I bought my Yuba electric cargo bike there, which I absolutely love. I received some great advice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat. I’ll be going back for servicing and to buy kit.

I popped in to get some advice on getting started with road cycling. Excellent advice, very helpful staff and top-quality kit!!! On my bike ride this morning, I got a puncture 400 metres from the shop. I repaired the puncture but had a problem when I went to pump up my inner tube. I went to the nearest bike shop to ask for help with pumping up my tyre. The staff were very friendly and came straight over to help me. A huge thank you to them – without them, I wouldn’t have been able to continue my ride. I promise I’ll pop into the shop to see what they have on offer. Thanks again to Bisiklet.

Hello I took my bike in to have a grip replaced on one of the handlebars. The cost was estimated at between 20 and 50 euros. When I collected my bike, I was told I had to pay 223 euros. They had replaced the cable grip and handlebar tape, even though I’d only asked for the cable housing to be replaced. And it’s not the small 30 per cent discount that will make me forget the amount I had to pay. It’s certain that if I’d collected it instead of my partner, I would only have paid for the work I’d requested; the rest should have been at your expense, as these were mistakes on your part. This will be my last visit to your shop. Isabelle
