We used VIP BOX to hire a photo booth for our wedding and we were very pleased with the service. Everything went very smoothly right from the moment we booked on their website; our communications with Aurélie were always straightforward, quick and efficient, and the instructions were very clear, which made the whole process run very smoothly and stress-free. The photo booth was brand new, packed in wheeled cases, very easy to move, set up and use, and worked perfectly throughout the event. Our guests loved this activity and we now have wonderful memories thanks to the many photos taken during the wedding. High-quality Photobox, excellent service; collection and return went smoothly, and we received the photos a week later via our customer portal. The team is very responsive and finds effective solutions very quickly (in terms of logistics, etc. – we’ve booked through the Lyon branch for our wedding in July 2025). Thank you, it was perfect 👍🏼

We hired the VIP BOX for our wedding in August and it was an excellent choice! The customised layout is brilliant, the prints are quick and high-quality, and being able to download (and share) all the photos online is a real bonus. We loved it, and so did the guests!
