A mad weekend and a team that went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable :) Everything was spotlessly clean. The best venue for a seminar – it was incredible. A huge thank you to the whole fabulous team!

Thank you to the managers and the whole team at ChateauForm Berge de Seine for their warm welcome, kindness and thoughtfulness during our ‘Autour des Williams’ family weekend. We had a memorable weekend in a magnificent setting that was safe for our children. Everything was brilliant, from breakfast to lunch and dinner… The meals were of a high standard, very tasty and varied. The chalets were very spacious, very well-equipped and spotlessly clean. Thanks again to everyone, and perhaps see you next year.

My firm, BDO, gave me the opportunity to attend a seminar at this thoroughly enjoyable venue, with all the sporting activities on offer as well as the relaxation area. This was a significant bonus, given the quality of the meals, snacks and various treats served throughout my stay. What’s more, the setting is very pleasant and the staff who welcomed us were exceptionally friendly and kind (as a client-focused firm, we share common values). Thank you to BDO and Châteauform for this magical experience.

A lovely little spot to relax, ideal for a corporate event. The venue is spacious and offers plenty of areas for meetings as well as for sport (the sports complex is situated at the very top of the estate), with tennis, badminton, a swimming pool, a gym and more. The food is good and the accommodation is clean. The only downside, I’d say, is that the sports complex seems a bit dated (you can’t switch the lights on in the evening without staff help, which is a shame for them and for us; there were a few other minor technical issues, but nothing serious). The staff are very attentive, so that’s great ;)

Two stars for the very welcoming staff – that’s something, at least. As for the rest, it’s a disaster. It was great to have a dedicated number for our convenience, but we’d have preferred not to have to make a call. Poorly restored, sticky armchairs in the clubhouse. Signs of disrepair everywhere. The rooms were very tacky, with a bath but no shower (thankfully with air conditioning), damaged electrical sockets, and a fridge crammed into a poorly fitted cupboard (apparently in all the single-bed apartments). Little details that make it feel like a Formula 1 hotel patched up haphazardly in response to customer complaints. No air conditioning in the clubhouse. No air conditioning in the dining room. Unbearable and totally unacceptable. The still water on the table was barely lukewarm. No more sparkling water. Blimey, the housekeeper has only just got round to buying CO₂. It’s not as if the seminar had been planned three months in advance… If this hadn’t been a compulsory customer service seminar, I’d have left. Breakrz, please organise a customer service seminar for Chateauform as a matter of urgency – they desperately need it. I will NEVER go back there. Rule number one for customer service: it’s the little details that make all the difference.
