⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional service I found this place online and dropped in without an appointment while travelling from London to Italy on a cycling road trip. The gentleman looked at my bike immediately, quickly diagnosed a broken part, and although he did not have the replacement in stock, he helped me locate a nearby retailer that did. He kindly kept my bike at the shop while I went to collect the part and then fitted everything perfectly once I returned. Thanks to his help, I was able to continue my trip and keep some key rides on my itinerary. I am hugely grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. A lifesaver for any cyclist passing through.

Great service from Stan at the Doussard shop. Really helpful, relaxed and got our family out on the bikes. We rode from the shop, clockwise round to Sévrier, 14kms each way. Easy rolling, flat. Plenty of places to stop for a view of the lake or a coffee/ice-cream. Also had a nice ride out on a road bike up the Col du la Forclaz (not with the children!) - great view. Thanks again Stan!

I came in with a derailleur problem, and the team took the time to help me fix it, with great patience and a helpful approach. They tried to resolve the issue without pushing for a paid repair, and they didn't charge me anything. The welcome was very friendly, and they had a genuine customer service mentality, which is becoming rare. I will definitely come back for maintenance or if I buy a new bike in the future.
