I took a 3-hour tour starting at 2:30 PM on June 3, 2026. The price is reasonable. My guide, Lorenzo, was very friendly and his explanations in English were clear and easy to understand. He also took lots of photos for me! We visited over 10 spots, spending about 5 minutes at each, and he answered all of my questions thoroughly. I learned not only about the history but also a wealth of other interesting information. He always kept an eye on me riding behind him and pointed with his finger whenever we turned, so I felt very safe following his route. It was drizzling a little, but it wasn't a problem at all.I highly recommend this tour, especially for those visiting Paris for the second time or more. However, if you are concerned about your physical stamina, I think an electric bike would be a better option. Since the shop is located just off the main street, I recommend arriving a little early if you are not confident with directions. If everyone in the group arrives early, they might even start the tour ahead of schedule.

My wife, the kids and I rented a Tern cargobike and a O2 feel city bike to discover Paris. Would recommend Velab pro to everybody who would like to discover Paris by bike. Staff were superfriendly and prices were as written on their website no hidden extras. We originally had a rent of 2 days but loved the bikes so much we decided we wanted a third as well. No issues for them, went to the shop payed the extra day and went exploring Paris. Short or long term rental could absolutely recommend them. Thx Velab my kids loved Paris by bike. Will come back next time in Paris

Leo was so helpful and he speaks English. He showed us how to use the bikes, lock them up and gave us some suggestions of nice places. It was incredibly easy to get around Paris because of the bike lanes. We had no issues and we are both 63 year old Canadians. Biking was actually so much fun and we got to every thing very quickly. There was lots of traffic but still we got around easily. 100% would rent from Leo and his team! The bikes were reliable and we got to see stuff we would have missed on a bus or taxi.

Amazing service. I was on the last leg of the Bristol to Paris ride with 4 broken spoken spokes. I was forced to get a train into Paris for the last leg. I found this very helpful guy in the shop who was able to replace all my spokes within the hour. I was able to then cycle back out of Paris to complete the Bristol to Paris. Very friendly service and a reasonable price. Thank you.
