Rented a gravel bike for 4 days. The Velo guys answered my questions regarding specs etc. beforehand and had it ready when I arrived. Even offered a coffee at the end of my trip! Recommend

The booking and rental service went perfectly. Our group benefited from excellent equipment, prepared by a welcoming and very friendly team. We were able to enjoy a lovely ride despite the rather gloomy weather. We would definitely do it again if we are ever in the area again. Emmanuelle

I’m very grateful for the kind and honest help I received here. I realised my city bike tyres were almost flat after a gentleman pointed it out to me — no wonder cycling had been so difficult for the past week! I know almost nothing about bicycles except riding them around Grenoble, and he immediately helped me pump the tyres and checked the bike for me. He was also very honest in explaining that major repairs might cost more than the bike itself, which I really appreciated. As a foreigner, this kind of genuine and helpful service means a lot. Interestingly, I had a similar experience here last December and was helped immediately as well. Thank you again for the kindness and excellent service!
