From the very first pedal stroke, it's easy to alternate between a medieval ambience and the great outdoors, against a backdrop of sparkling water and rolling hills.

For a leisurely stroll, follow the shoreline during the mild hours: in the morning, the light is superb and traffic is calmer. In the late afternoon, the atmosphere becomes particularly pleasant as you reach the lookouts and take a break overlooking the lake. Families will appreciate the flat itineraries around the center, while the more sporty can aim for the hilly roads inland, between olive groves and typical villages.
