For a cool stroll, follow the Charente towards Jarnac: shady quays, bridges, picnic areas - ideal for families. For the more curious, take the Flow Vélo to Cognac, which runs along the valley near Mainxe-Gondeville: allow 25 to 30 km round trip, almost flat, with your nose in the wind and your eyes in the golden light of the vines.
