A very professional, welcoming, and helpful team. I highly recommend them. They are straightforward and very honest. I came in for a chain replacement. Afterward, the derailleur needed a minor adjustment, which they made very quickly and showed me how to do myself. For the second service call, related to a problem with my battery that wouldn't eject, they didn't charge me for the repair because it just needed tightening some screws. They were honest and helpful, as the technician still spent time on the bike that I could have been charged for. Thank you! 🙏🏼 So yes, I can only recommend them!

Super good experience! We received tonnes of good advice and the guys at Roues Libres are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I recommend this place to everyone! We rented gravel bikes with bike packing gear, took the bikes in the train and rode from Soulac-sur-Mer back to Biarritz, using the ferry at Cap Ferret and passing by Dune de Pilat. We will be back!!

Have several times hired a bodyboard and fins along with a wet suit at a reasonable price and Marty and Nino were very helpful and prompt to make sure that they were available when I showed up. Will definitely use the facilities again and Bidart beaches are great.
