Super magasin, solutions fantastiques, équipe formidable ! J'y ai acheté deux vélos. Leur service avant et après-vente est incroyable. Ils nous ont vraiment aidés (ma femme et moi) à choisir les meilleures options pour nos besoins. Ils trouvent toujours des solutions à nos demandes et nous ont beaucoup aidés avec les démarches administratives pour obtenir l'aide environnementale. Je les recommande chaudement ! Vraiment fiables et sans aucun doute le meilleur magasin de Lisbonne pour acheter une bonne solution électrique. J'aimerais ajouter qu'ils sont vraiment impressionnants. Nous voulions installer le cache-porte-bagages Decathlon sur notre Fiido T2 Longtail. Ils ont conçu et fabriqué une plateforme pour que nous puissions l'installer. Ça fonctionne parfaitement ! Et je fais entretenir nos vélos dans ce magasin chaque année ! Service excellent !

Si je pouvais donner plus d'étoiles, je le ferais. Samuel a été formidable : il m'a accompagné tout au long du choix du vélo et du siège pour mon fils. Il m'a expliqué le fonctionnement de l'équipement et a répondu à toutes mes questions. Il m'a même dissuadé d'un achat supplémentaire que j'avais envisagé, en m'expliquant qu'il était probablement inutile. L'expérience a été conviviale et sans chichis. Le meilleur service que j'aie jamais reçu. Je reviendrai.
