I’m very pleased with the repairs to my Triride Tribike – it’I use it for wheelchair cycling; I’ve been there several times for repairs and the work is always spot on. A very professional and reliable bike shop. I entrusted them with servicing my bike and fitting tubeless tyres, and everything was carried out with great care and professionalism. The team were also very responsive when a minor issue subsequently arose with the tubeless tyres. Impeccable workshop service from start to finish, coupled with a really friendly welcome. I would recommend them without hesitation.

An absolutely top-notch bike shop! 🚴‍♂️ You feel at ease right from the moment you’re welcomed: the team are friendly, helpful and genuinely passionate. I was able to have my bike custom-fitted to my needs, with clear, precise and tailored advice. The workshop is remarkably efficient: repairs and adjustments are carried out quickly, with a real attention to detail and quality. You leave with a bike that’s perfectly tuned and ready to ride. I highly recommend this shop to all cyclists, whatever you’re looking for and whatever your level!

I have no hesitation in recommending this specialist shop, which sells high-quality bikes and accessories at competitive prices. If you’re looking to buy a new or second-hand bike, you’ll get expert advice from the shop owner, who knows his stock inside out and can recommend or suggest bikes to suit all kinds of people. The prices are reasonable and the welcome is warm. However, when it comes to the workshop, as has already been pointed out in previous reviews, the service isn’t quite the same. Diagnoses are carried out rather haphazardly, with a view to replacing parts that don’t necessarily need replacing, and adjustments are done rather sloppily – all whilst making it very clear to us that it’s entirely our fault if the bike isn’t working properly. So yes, everyone would love to ride a brand-new bike every day, but in other workshops they take the time to see if they can adjust things (gears, brakes) before replacing them. It’s a shame, as this spoils the very good impression made by the new manager.
