Excellent service. We hired electric bikes for 4 days and were very happy with them. Very comfortable and well serviced.When we got a puncture on one of our trips we were brought another bike within 30 mins. Cycling is a fantastic way to experience Ille de Ré.wpuld highly recommend.

We had a wonderful week cycling around Île de Ré on what was our first visit to the island. The island has the most incredible network of scenic and mainly off road bike paths that link one village to another and it truly was a unique experience to travel in convoy with other bike riders around the island. We will most certainly be back to do it again. If you can, then you should definitely spend some time biking on Île de Ré. We rented our bikes from Réavélo Cyclosurf Saint-Martin-de-Ré. Excellent new bikes and a good price for the week. The lady who worked there was really friendly and spoke English with us as our school French was not up to the task! We would definitely recommend.

We rented bikes elsewhere as we’re staying on another part of the island. Our son had a problem with his bike (chain came off it’s track) just as we were passing this shop. A very nice and knowledgeable guy fixed it right up and sent us on our way! Thank you for your help!

St Martin De Re Port. Customer service wasn’t great, quite abrupt lady, rude and unhelpful. Bike day one was excellent. Booked a non consecutive second day. Booking was not recorded and ended up with a very disappointing quality bike. No apology, same abrupt manner. Totally unnecessary.
