I had such a wonderful experience with Théodore at Dolce Via! this was the only bike shop in Paris that offers the service of renting a bike in Paris and then dropping it off in London, and they will pick it up for you! He was so responsive in his communication and helping us plan our trip biking from Paris to London, letting me text him on WhatsApp with all of my questions leading up to the trip! We rented really high-quality gravel bikes, and we had an awesome tour. I highly recommend this bike shop.

Fantastically friendly crew. Teddy helped me pick a Reiss mueller electric and I was able to do a 100K in one day. These are top end bikes so definitely worth the extra cost compared to some of the cheaper rentals in town particularly if you want to go on a longer trip.

We hired 2 e bikes and cycled from Paris to Versailles for the day. Theodore and his team were amazing. They gave us a fabulous route to cycle, a superb lunch stop recommendation and were accommodating on the one way drop off. Can HIGHLY recommend DolceVia. The cycle to and around Versailles is a MUST for everyone. We will be back to hire his bikes for a Normandy tour. Thank you Theo!

Are you contemplating to rent a bike to explore Paris and even more ?
You are definitely at the right place .
I rented a bike with Dolce via for 5 days for a 450 kms tour from Paris to Mont-Saint-Michel .
The staff is friendly and helpful . I was even lucky to do my bike tour as the first rider of a Mueller and Rieser bike .
The equipment is one of the nicest if not the nicest I had so far .
The team was also accommodating as they came to pick up the bike at my hotel which was one door next to their shop .
I really appreciated this as I needed to take a train early in the morning the day after .
One thing you need to be aware of is that if you don’t take their insurance you need to have 2500 euros on a credit card deposit . This is stated on their site but I did not pay attention to this .
Dolce via equates tip top service .
For the next times I need an ebike in Paris, I have my address .
I highly recommend this company .
