Excellent communication and service. The bike was in great condition and the mechanic was happy to fit my own pedals.

Update: To my great surprise, the store manager contacted me personally, without my having expected it, and resolved the situation very positively. I greatly appreciated this approach and the way the matter was ultimately handled. I have nothing but praise for the service I received following my review, and I am therefore changing my rating from three stars to five stars. Excellent service and thank you again for this gesture, which I sincerely appreciated. --------------------------------------------------- During my visit, I rented a bicycle for 5 days, for €180. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to return it on the morning of the second day, after using it only once for about an hour. I fully understood that a penalty might apply for the remaining days. However, I found it quite regrettable that no refund, even partial, or any accommodation was possible. I was told that the computer system simply didn't allow it, regardless of the circumstances. The store itself is very nice, and the staff is too, but this extremely rigid policy unfortunately leaves a bad impression. I therefore prefer to inform future customers so they know what to expect in case of an early return.
