I didn’t buy my bike from Lapierre Toulouse, but Alexis gave me a very warm welcome and, most importantly, sorted out my saddle problem… covered under warranty… I had a full posture assessment today and was very pleased; you can really tell that Alexis is passionate about what he does... Thanks again... I’d definitely recommend this shop...
