Hiring the bike online was really very straightforward; the service at the shop was quick, friendly and efficient. I was given a helmet that fitted me perfectly, free of charge. The instructions were very clear and the e-bike was very easy to use. I had a brilliant day cycling from Montpellier to Palavas-les-Flots and then on to Maguelone Cathedral. The bike worked perfectly; I had no problems or concerns whatsoever. The price was more than reasonable; I won’t hesitate to hire from this shop again on my next visit to Montpellier.

I hired a standard bike (helmet included) for the day, and everything went really well! A warm welcome and some great advice. I went straight to the shop/workshop and within five minutes I was on my way with a reliable bike in very good condition. I was able to cycle all the way to the sea and back without any trouble, thanks to the cycle paths. The locks provided are very handy for securing the bike safely whilst taking a break. I won’t hesitate to come back if I’m on holiday in Montpellier again. Thank you!

We needed two bikes to get to the beach and we weren’t disappointed with the service from Velopolitains: a warm welcome and good advice from the managers. The bikes met our expectations; the only slight issue was with the baskets, which didn’t seem very sturdy (watch out for bumps and stones 😉).

A brilliant little local social enterprise where you can hire bikes! The staff I met were very friendly and welcoming, and the prices are good. I highly recommend it and will be going back there for all my cycling needs
