Hiring the bike online was really very straightforward; the service at the shop was quick, friendly and efficient. I was given a helmet that fitted me perfectly, free of charge. The instructions were very clear and the e-bike was very easy to use. I had a brilliant day cycling from Montpellier to Palavas-les-Flots and then on to Maguelone Cathedral. The bike worked perfectly; I had no problems or concerns whatsoever. The price was more than reasonable; I won’t hesitate to hire from this shop again on my next visit to Montpellier.
