For returns, a prepaid label is provided. You can either reuse the same packaging or use another suitable packaging. Returns can be made from a different location than where the equipment was received.

Delivery 2 days before the start of the rental and collection no later than 48 hours after the end of the rental. Service 7 days a week, 8am - 9pm

To guarantee you complete peace of mind, a 3-level delivery security procedure has been put in place:
Level 1 Your package is shipped express to arrive 3 days before the start of the rental at a relay point, with real-time tracking.
Level 2 If, 2 days before your departure, tracking indicates any delay, the equipment is immediately reshipped via an express carrier for delivery the next morning with FedEx, entirely at Lousso's expense.
Level 3 In the exceptional case that there is also an incident with the express transport, Lousso mobilizes all means at its disposal to provide you with equipment including the option of delivery in person by Lousso to your home in France or a neighboring country.
