Delivery to relay points, real-time tracking.
For returns, a prepaid label is provided. You can either reuse the same packaging or use another suitable packaging. The return can be made from a different location than the delivery address.

Level 1 Your package is shipped express to arrive 3 days before the start of the rental at a relay point, with real-time tracking.
Level 2 If, 2 days before your departure, tracking indicates any delay, the equipment is immediately reshipped via an express carrier for delivery the next morning with FedEx, entirely at Lousso's expense.
Level 3 In the exceptional case where there is also an incident with express transport, Lousso mobilizes all means at its disposal to provide you with equipment, including the option of personal delivery by Lousso to your home in France or a neighboring country.
