Delivery to a relay point, real-time tracking.
For the return, a prepaid label is provided. You can either reuse the same packaging or use another suitable packaging. The return can be made from a different location than the delivery place of the equipment.

DELIVERY PROTOCOL
To date, 100% of customers have received their equipment on time and Lousso is doing everything possible to keep it this way.
To guarantee you total peace of mind, a 3-level security delivery procedure has been put in place:
Level 1 Your package is shipped via chrono express to arrive 3 days before the start of the rental at a relay point, with real-time tracking.
Level 2 If, 2 days before your departure, the tracking indicates any delay, the equipment is immediately reshipped via an express carrier for next morning delivery with FedEx, entirely at Lousso's expense.
Level 3 In the exceptional case where there is also an incident with the express transport, Lousso mobilizes all available means to provide you with equipment, including the option of a personal delivery by Lousso to your home in France or in a neighboring country.
