Delivery to a relay point, real-time tracking.
For returns, a prepaid label is provided. You can either reuse the same packaging or use another suitable packaging. The return can be made from a place different from the place of receipt of the equipment.
In Paris or the Paris region:
Delivery 2 days before the start of the rental and recovery no later than 48 hours after the end date of the rental. Service 7 days a week 8 am - 9 pm

DELIVERY PROTOCOL

To guarantee you total peace of mind, a 3-level security delivery procedure has been established:
Level 1 Your package is shipped express to arrive 3 days before the start of the rental at a relay point, with real-time tracking.
Level 2 If, 2 days before your departure, tracking indicates the slightest delay, the equipment is immediately re-shipped via an express carrier for delivery the next morning with FedEx, entirely at Lousso's expense.
Level 3 In the exceptional case where there is also an incident with the express transport, Lousso mobilizes all means at its disposal to provide you with equipment, including the option of a personal delivery by Lousso to your home in France or a neighboring country.
