Delivery to collection points, real-time tracking.
For returns, a prepaid label is provided. You can either reuse the same packaging or use another appropriate packaging. The return can be made from a different location than where the equipment was received.
In Paris or the Paris region:
Delivery 2 days before the start of the hire and collection no later than 48 hours after the end date of the hire. Service 7 days a week 8am - 9pm

DELIVERY PROTOCOL
To date, 100% of customers have received their equipment on time and Lousso is doing everything possible to keep it that way.
To ensure you complete peace of mind, a delivery procedure with 3 levels of security has been implemented:
Level 1 Your package is shipped express to arrive 3 days before the start of the hire at a collection point, with real-time tracking.
Level 2 If, 2 days before your departure, tracking indicates any delay, the equipment is immediately resent via express courier for delivery the next morning with FedEx, entirely at Lousso's expense.
Level 3 In the exceptional case where there is also an incident with the express transport, Lousso mobilizes all available means to provide you with equipment including the option of personal delivery by Lousso to your home in France or a neighboring country.
